Have been using Royal Maca October 30, 2011

for about a year now.  I gave up the Black Cohosh  taken for hot flashes.  Nothing I have found completely eliminates them but I sure can tell when I haven't taken my Maca.  The libido has increased wonderfully.  I am now 60 years young, enjoying life.
